ID On Me
The ID on Me system works simply. Using permanent ink, fill out one of the waterproof information inserts (four come with the bracelet) with contact and medical information. Slip it into the compartment, snap the lid closed, adjust the band to fit, and you're set. The bracelet compartment provides extra protection by concealing your confidential information from casual view. Bracelet comes with: adjustable, one-size-fits-all band; water-resistant compartment; 4 Tyvek information inserts (actual size: 1.5" x 5").
