Answer:

Full Question:

Hi. I read your guide. It helped a lot and is exactly what is happening to me. The pain is always in the back of the head and is always throbbing. It only occurs during masturbation. It has been happening for about 2 weeks. The pain starts about half way through and elevates till orgasm and then once I have orgasm the pain decreases 50% but is still almost unbearable for about and hour and is still there but not that painful for up to 5 hours. Please help.

Answer:

Hello;

We cannot diagnose via the Internet so you need to see your doctor about these headaches. It is possible that you are experiencing "orgasmic" or "coital" headaches, which are a form of exertional headache. Here's an article that you can read for information to go along with your visit to your doctor:

    Orgasm & Headaches/Migraine
    We've all heard the old joke, "Not tonight, dear. I have a headache." Right? Surprisingly enough, for some people, there definitely is a correlation between sexual activity and headache or migraine. Is that correlation good or bad?

Good luck,
