Question: Can sleep apnea impact migraines?

Answer:

Although not the underlying cause, anything that disrupts sleep or affects the quality of sleep can be a Migraine trigger for some people. That would include sleep apnea. That doesn't necessarily mean that it's a Migraine trigger for you, but it is a possibility.

Good luck,
Teri Robert
