Question: Can you have Migraines with only the first 2 phases, no headaches?

Answer:

Full Question:

I am suffering the first 2 phases of a migraine headache, but never get to the actual pain in the head stage. I get the pins and needles, numbness in the face, distorted vision and tiredness but no headache follows. Is this common? I understand this may be another neurological problem, but would like to know if this is a possibility. I feel quite disconnected to what I'm actually doing! Thank you. Kim.

Answer:

Dear Kim;

It's possible that your symptoms could be Migraine, but it's also possible that they could be a great many other conditions; some serious, some not. It's important that you see a doctor for diagnosis.

Good luck,
Teri Robert and John Claude Krusz
