Question: Link between migraines and freezing cold nose?

Answer:

Full Question:

Is there any links between migraines and a freezing cold nose? It's not just cold on the outside (skin), it's cold radiating outward from inside my nose. It is like frostbite, almost. I have been to 3 diff doctors, and none of them have ever heard of it. Thanks, lynpx.

Answer:

Dear lypnx;

I have heard of this kind of symptom in one patient who described a burning type sensation from inside the nose prior to a migraine. Don't know what it means; could it be a prodromal type symptom??

Good luck,
Teri Robert and John Claude Krusz
