1) I am 26-years-old and I have had these headaches for my whole life. As a 22-month-old baby I had a febrile seizure and that is when they found that there was something wrong with me... My headaches usually happen when I am tired, congested, get upset, on the verge of crying or when I enter from the warm in the cold temperature... I have 2 boys and they are both getting them now...

2) Migraines for me are nothing new. I was diagnosed at 19 (I'm in my mid 40s now), though I remember having headaches even when I was much younger. For many years now (more than I can count) my average number of migraines is from 3 to 5 every week... This Fall I got a sinus infection... I have been with a migraine every day for the past 5 weeks... I've been told that hoping to go back to my "normal" 3-5 a week is not normal at all and that I should see a neurologist...

3) I have had migraines since I was nine-years-old, I am now 41. My migraines are triggered by a variety of things.. My neurologist said that I had a spot on my brain that showed aging which was caused by having so many migraines over the years... Is there a link to having migraines on a regular basis to diseases such as dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.? Darla.

4) My husband has been diagnosed with ocular migraines. He has spotty or kaleidoscope vision, and sometimes a headache under his left eye, sometimes not. However, he has had this migraine every day between 1-3pm for the last 2 1/2 weeks. Are ocular migraines clustered? What preventive steps can he take to avoid or lesson these attacks. Thank you for your help. Best, Dana.

5) I've had a history of severe headaches throughout my life; in 2000, I was diagnosed with migraine and given a CAT scan, but nothing unusual showed up. I've never had pain that is incapacitating or debilitating, but it has been intense.About two years ago, my headaches took on a new form: a tingling sensation in my left temple that eventually gets sharper and more painful over a period of a few weeks or months until it eventually goes away... My doctor is concerned, of course, and can't really classify this headache...

6) I have peculiar migraines. I work at a school, and I've noticed that bright colored paper will trigger a migraine. As soon as I notice a migraine coming on I take an Imitrex pill. Is there something I can take everyday that would stop the migraines? I hate to take more medicine that I need, but I am having more problems at school lately. Sincerely, Penny.

7) I am four months pregnant and am made miserable by fairly constant headaches. I have suffered migraines and headaches before but in the last two pregnancies. I was exceptionally well - this time I would say I have a headaches more often than not.. I am anxious about taking too much paracetamol and ibuprofen - are there any safe alternatives?...

8) Is there any research or truth that headaches may be associated with changes in barometric pressure, particularly a decrease in the pressure? ...

9) Can migraines elevate blood levels? Such as Red Cells, C Protein Levels and or elevate sedimentation rate levels. And can infections cause migraines? Thank you, L. Gonzalez.

10) I'm a 53-year-old female and have had migraines pretty much my whole life. I know that a visual aura can sometimes accompany a migraine although I seldom have them. I was wondering if smelling odors that aren't really there could also be related to migraines... I was also wondering your opinion of Imitrex Nasal spray. I use it frequently and worry that it will "rot" my sinuses. My doctor says not to worry. Glennice.
