1) Hello - after all else fails, is there any reason to perform sinus surgery even though CT scans and MRI's are normal? To make a long story short, I have had a continuous daily low grade headache since I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed. Symptoms are bilateral pressure type pain around and behind my eyes and into my jaws and temples. Continuous pressure in both ears, major swollen type feeling behind inner ears area. Basically, I would describe pain just like a constant head cold or sinusitis. Head feels like it weighs a ton, like I am sitting at the bottom of a 20 ft deep pool. My symptoms are not only pain, as the pressure/swollen type feeling around/behind my eyes and behind my ears is just as bad, plus the blocked ears. Problem is, I have seen many ENT's, and although my symptoms mimic sinusitis, I have been told (many times) that chronic sinusitis cannot produce continuous pain over that many years. I do not have green/yellow discharge, scans are normal other than slight mucosal thickening. Tried every type of antihistamine, decongestant, allergy shots for 2 years, deviated septum fixed, ear tubes - basically everything but surgery. I have seen tons of dentists regarding TMJ disorder, headache specialists, ophthalmologists, etc. When I actually do get a cold, the pain and pressure is multiplied 100 times over! MY QUESTION - IF EVERY TEST IS NORMAL, HOW CAN I HAVE THIS CONTINUOUS DAILY PRESSURE AND PAIN, PLUGGED EARS FOR THIS LONG? Something is causing this that apparently nobody can figure out. I really don't think the doctors understand how bad I truly feel. SOMETHING IS BEING MISSED! Please offer some suggestions, because this has to be fixed. Thank you, Michael.

2) I do not have a headache, but a ringing in my head, not ears.. it is mostly annoying. I do not have dizziness, just this ringing that only is gone some mornings after a good nights sleep. What could cause this? It is most like what you hear in a hearing test.

3) My daughter has had a headache for almost 4 years and after many different tests MRI's Cat scans hospitalization Botox injections, etc. None of this worked. She was at that time diagnosed as having migraines. We are still looking for the right answer. Went to pain specialist he said she has occipital neuralgia...She went for nerve blocks and the injections in her neck under fluoroscope. For about 4 days her headache subsided that she was not crying. Her headache starts at the back of her neck then goes into her head like a rams horn bilaterally with most of the pain being behind her eyes..... any thoughts on her type of headaches? Any answer is appreciated....It seems like just the nerve block by itself did not work but then doctor did both on one day and that is what seemed to work for a few days...thanks for your help.

4) Do certain blood pressure medications have a direct relationship with the onset of migraines?
