1) My wife has had migraines since she was 8 or 9 years old and now is 34. We have been to so many specialists, it is very difficult to remember them all. None of the so-called "migraine" meds have really helped her. Is there any hope? Thanks, Michael

2) I have had migraines for over 20 years and have tried endless prevents and Pain meds. I have to go to the navy Dr's and they just don't understand ho bad these headaches are. They have not ordered a new MRI or CT. When I first came to them I explained to them that I suffer also from insomnia and very bad anxiety, and this will bring on my headaches, that I take meds for it and I also told them that I found the right combinations of meds that work. But No they said that they would not prescribe this type of meds. They wanted to put me on Topamax I have bad reactions, I am allergic to Imitrex, Toradol, Naproxen, Neurontin, Cafergot, Amerge. I have 3-8 migraines a month. They completely keep me in the dark room. I feel completely disabled, and have not been able to hold a job in the last 4 years since I have moved here and had to go the navy for treatment. Is there a Migraine specialist in or around my area Pensacola Fl. I am willing to travel to find relief. Please let me know if you know of any. thank you, sue .

3) I have had a migraine for ten months straight now. I have it every single day and every second of the day. It never goes away. I have been to 3 neurologists and chiropractor. I have been in the hospital 9 times, had a Morphine drip as well as Demerol IVs ( but not at the same time). I have had Botox twice, have had a CAT scan, MRI, MRV, MRA, and 2 spinal taps. I have been on over 60 different medicines, and cant even work anymore, its ruining my life! Why wont it go away?

4) I was wondering if you can have migraines without a headache? I have had for about a little over a month now, what I call a cooling sensation or pressure above my left eyebrow, I notice more during stress and at night, especially when I am tired. But I never get a headache. I rarely have headaches anyway. I also have been having trouble sleeping a full night in this time period. Thanks, Jeff.

5) I was wondering if there is any specific treatment for the eye soreness I experience for a few days after each migraine. I have trouble focusing my eyes and they are very light sensitive. Should I see an ophthalmologist for this? I have been experiencing ocular migraines with an aura for at least six years now, with no luck in medications so far. Hollie.

6) I have been searching for an answer for my headaches for a long time. I have never been able to find any real triggers. I have taken pain killers for sometime. Two months ago my doctor said maybe that wasn't the way we should handle things so here I am again trying all the meds which gives me little relief and bad reactions. My new concern is my speech is very slurred and on top of the headache is getting no better. The doctor did a CT scan said no sign of a stroke. He believes it is just migraines. has anyone else had this happen and will it go away or what should I do. Also how long does it take if you are in rebound before improvement? I am desperate for address. I am going to a new headache clinic but I do not like or trust the doctor any help anyone could offer I would appreciate.

7) Hi, I take Butalbital, Fioricet generic, as soon as I have the first symptoms of a migraine; it works but I would like to take something to prevent it. I have read that some people take CoQ10 with good results. At present I take multivitamins Caltrate, magnesium glucosamine/chondroitin and Lescol for cholesterol. Should I try the CoQ10? When I mentioned it to my doctor he said he has never heard of it. Thank you for your advise. Irma.
