1) I have suffered from almost daily headaches and migraines. My symptoms are related to all types of headaches, cluster, sinus, tension, migraines, and just good old fashioned headaches. My Dr. has prescribed Maxalt and Zanaflex. I also must take daily pain meds (Vicodin, Advil, and Ultram) due to severe arthritis, so rebound headaches are probably an issue... Cyndi-lou.

2) My 14 year old daughter suffers from Migraines, however when she gets a really bad migraine she will pass out. I have not heard of this happening with any other people is this something that does occur with migraines. She has been to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh and had every test imaginable but all they came up with was a diagnosis of "complicated migraines"... JoAnn

3) My husband has been suffering from headaches for about 3 years now, after a moderate closed-head injury resulting from a motorcycle accident. Shortly after his recovery from the accident he also began seeing a chiropractor, who performed neck manipulations on him on 2 different occasions... Melissa.

4) I often get a severe headache, usually on 1 side of my head and it lasts for 3 days. Advil every 4 hours 600mg seems to take the edge off but not relieve it. This last time it occurred right before my period, but not on other times. Should I be concerned? ... Marla.

5) I have suffered with migraines for many years and have not been able to tolerate most of the preventative medications - I have tried Botox with no success YET. The last several SEVERE migraines have been accompanied by severe joint pain in my hands and arms... Beth.

6) I begin to get migraine headaches suddenly while working out. I begin to have two or three a week and was put on a combination of Depakote, Maxalt, B12 and several over the counter medicines. I stopped taking these after two years because they stopped being effective and at the time the migraines had almost stopped... Lisa.

7) Is there any links between migraines and a freezing cold nose? It's not just cold on the outside (skin), it's cold radiating outward from inside my nose. It is like frostbite, almost. I have been to 3 diff doctors, and none of them have ever heard of it. Thanks, lynpx.

8) What hope can you give a near 60-year old who has had chronic, severe Migraine for 50 years? Treatment has been from ergotamine to sumatriptan, Botox to PFO closure, aspirin to Methysergide, homoeopathy to acupuncture to osteopathy, feverfew to lavender, B2 to B6, magnesium to calcium combined, sunglasses to hats, amitriptyline to Digoxin and so on, and on, and on...

9) I am a 50-year old female who has had migraines for many years, the worst being menstrual. A few months ago, I got shingles on my face. Lately, it seems the menstrual migraines are more painful and last longer. Imitrex does not always work for these headaches. My doctor thinks the shingles may be making the pain worse, but doesn't seem to know for sure...

10) For about 5-6 months now, I have a chronic tension type headache. Its very hard to describe except that every morning when I wake up, I feel a light feeling in my head before I even stand up. This will build during the day into a more bothersome tension type headache. It basically lasts all day...
