1) In March 2003 I had surgery to remove an acoustic neuroma tumor from the right side of my head. Not long after, I began getting the most intense and excruciating pain in my head. Since then I have tried a myriad of treatments and am now at a pain management clinic. I have experienced tension, migraine and cluster like symptoms... Maria.

2) Hello, I suffer from Cyclic migraine syndrome I think but I have just seen on the news that a new procedure can help cure migraine altogether. It is to do with having a hole in your heart... I have a rare heart condition called Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome, would you be able to tell me if I may be able to have this new device or would it interfere with a pacemaker if I needed one in the future?

3) Several years ago I had a heat stroke while working. I also have bad allergies. Since then I suffer from headaches mostly behind my left eye. The headaches are so bad I usually just have to go to sleep. Ninety percent of my headaches come after drinking 4-5 beers which never happened until the heat stroke... Carrie.

5) I am a 56 year old Male Cluster Headache sufferer. I have tried and am willing to try anything to relieve the indescribable biblical pain. I have tried acupuncture, Oxygen, Nutrition... Recently I have read about a study at Harvard's Moccasin Hospital of Indole Ring Hallucinogens in the treatment of Vascular headaches. (http://www.clusterbusters.com) Do you have any info or thoughts on this. Thanks, TS

6) I have had this pain on the right side of my head for 3 weeks today. it is a throbbing, stabbing pain. It also feels like a nerve to me... Today, the right side of my face, especially my right eye, kinda felt funny. Almost droopy feeling. I am getting worried.... Karen.

7) I have been checked by several doctors and I know I have migraines, but the one headache I have nobody seems to know what it is and why I am having them everyday non stop. It's in the back of my head right where the hair line goes at the end right before getting to my neck, hard to describe it... It's not a migraine; I deal with them too and know the difference..

8) I have had very strange spells for several years. Something comes over my whole being and I think I am having a stroke. It only lasts seconds. I wake up in the middle of the night and have these often, but it can happen anytime... The doctor's assistant suggested it might be silent migraines. Could this be?

9) I had a history of migraines... I still, years later, have spells of right side facial numbness and right side back numbness. I had a couple of "complete" neuro work-ups and was told that they were migraine equivalents... other neuro symptoms: confusion, balance problems, short term memory lose, dropping things, looking at something and not knowing what it was... Would you agree that this sounds like migraine equivalents?Sharon.

10) My mother suffered from severe menstrual migraine from the age of 31 until menopause. I was 2 when she suffered from her first migraine (although she did get frequent headaches before then), and she feels that the onset was due to having me (I'm wondering if it was when she finished breastfeeding)... I am terrified that I will end up with migraines if I do have children.. Is there any way of me knowing if I am at risk of developing the disease? ... Bethan
