The statistics are telling — 80% of the population experiences tension-type headaches. Although stress itself isn't a Migraine trigger, it does make us more susceptible to our Migraine triggers. We need to learn to relax! It's no wonder relaxation has actually become a medical treatment. The best place to relax will vary for everyone, and it doesn't matter where it is as long as you're comfortable. You can find a comfy chair, a cushion on the floor, or immerse yourself up to your chin in a bubble bath. What matters is that the place is quiet, you're comfortable, and there won't be any interruptions or distractions.
