Unlike some places on the Internet, About sites are "Guided" by real people! The photos you see on our sites really are photos of your Guides. Although you're welcome to
email me if you need information or have a question, there are other ways that can get you the answers you need, sometimes more quickly, given the volume of email that Guides receive. Although I'd love to answer every email I receive, it's simply not possible. I do answer as many as possible. Please see the FAQ below for the best way to find answers to your questions...

- Q. What's the best way to ask a question?A. Our Forum is a great place to share information and support with others in situations similar to yours. I visit and post to the forums regularly. Our experienced forum hosts are also available there to answer questions. Thus, you have more people to answer your question there, and it will probably be answered more quickly than via email.
- Q. What is Ask the Clinician, and how do I submit a question?A. Each week, Dr. John Claude Krusz and I answer questions submitted by our readers by publishing them in the Ask the Clinician column. Dr. Krusz is a world recognized headache and Migraine expert, often conducting groundbreaking research at his clinic in Dallas. You may submit questions via this form.
- Q. Help! I need a good doctor.A. We have a directory of recommended headache and Migraine specialists. These specialist have been recommended based on first-hand positive feedback from their patients or recommendations from experts whom I know and whose judgement I trust.
- Q. How often does your email newsletter go out? How can I subscribe?A. Our free email newsletter goes out on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can subscribe by clicking the newsletter subscription link next to the Guide photo on our pages or by using the subscription box in the left column of each page.
