QUESTION:
Hi, what do you think about Migrelief for migraines. It has feverfew, magnesium and B2?

Ruth,
We're starting with the assumption that you mean MigraLieve™. It contains:
  • Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) Extract: 100 mg. (Standardized to 0.7% Parthenolide)
  • Maganesium (Citrate/Oxide 1:1): 300 mg
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2): 400 mg

There are individual studies of each component of Migra-Lieve™, and there seems to be some benefit in a number of headache sufferers. My understanding is that it requires prolonged dosing and is not for acute treatment of migraines.
