| QUESTION: I have a lot of headaches, but I worry a lot and under a lot of stress. Now I have headaches in one area mostly and for some reason have thinning hair in the same area. My family has a history of migraines and stress can cause thinning hair, but I am worried its a brain tumor. I get nausea and thats about it besides the headache. Can headaches cause thinning hair as well as hair to fall out in one area only?
