Question: After no Migraines in several years, they have reappeared suddenly -- five to...

Answer:

Dear Mary,
Unfortunately, migraines can return after many years' absence. Since thyroid difficulties can be associated with headaches, I wonder if any useful information would be obtained by checking your thyroid status. This would include FREE T3 and FREE T4 levels and TSH. Just a thought. I don't know if the majority of your past migraines had a visual aura with them, with no migraine per se. In any case, there are headache specialists in Dallas, in case you need help with your symptoms
Good Luck,
John Claude Krusz
