Question: Why do people get vertigo? Do vertigo and migraines mix together?...

Answer:

Dear Sandy:
This response is likely later than you might like but we get swamped with questions daily. Vertigo is common along with Migraines. Have you been tried on Transderm-Scop (scopolamine)? It is a patch. There are now 7 Imitrex-like medications on the market; perhaps one of the others may be more suitable. Good luck,
John Claude Krusz

Sandy,
If you want more information on all the triptans, check this article. It includes individual profiles of all of them.
