Question: What kind of headache do you think that I have now and what can I do for it?...

Answer:

It's impossible to try to diagnose you over the Internet. You may be experiencing more than one disorder, possibly tension headaches and Migraine attacks. One thing you can do to help you and a doctor figure this out is to keep a headache and Migraine diary. You can print one or download it for use on your computer from http://headaches.about.com/bl-diary.htm. You may want to supplement the information on the diary form by keeping a journal. Note all the symptoms you have with each episode, the foods you've been eating, if the weather was changing, whatever you can think of to note about the day and the headache episode.

The best thing you can do for yourself at this point is to get to a reputable headache and Migraine specialist. There's a list of recommended doctors at the bottom of this page. Please get yourself to a good doctor soon. There's no need to live like this.
Good luck,
Teri Robert
