Question: Right pupil enlarges and goes out of shape...had Migraines many years ago...

Unfortunately, this isn't a question with a simple answer. You need to contact your doctor and get an appointment as soon as possible to find out what's causing this. This does not sound Migraine related. Only by reviewing your medical history and symptoms and doing a complete examination and perhaps some testing, can anyone really tell you what's causing the problem with your pupil.
