Dear Sufferer:
Although I personally favor outpatient approaches, as the hospitalization route is expensive and obviously not the real world, in some cases, in-patient treatment of ongoing disabling headaches can be a successful strategy. Depending on what part of the country you reside, it might be worth a consultation to decide on that approach; your lifestyle is severely curtailed by the headaches at this time.
