Question: How soon after eating trigger food will Migraine occur?

Answer:

Dear Ellie:
How quickly a Migraine attack will occur after eating a trigger food depends on several things and varies from one person to the next. You may have one food trigger that seems to bring on an instant Migraine, but another where the Migraine isn't noticed for up to 48 hours. It's also possible to have food triggers that only precipitate a Migraine when you encounter another trigger as well.

You should be able to get Vitamin B2 in vitamin stores or pharmacies. I did have trouble finding it where I live before Vitamin World opened a store here, so I ordered it online from one of the pharmacy sites or Vitamin World.
Good luck,
Teri Robert
