Question: Can fevers associated with an autoimmune illness trigger Migraines?

Answer:

Dear Sir:
It is possible that a fever can set off a Migraine. Whether the converse is true is far less clear. If there are fevers in the absence of Migraines, I'd think of the autoimmune disorder as the culprit.
Good luck,
