2004 PATIENT PARTNERS AWARD RECIPIENT
Chicago, IL - The National Headache
Foundation (NHF) will present its prestigious Patient Partners Award to Teri
Robert, Journalist and Patient Advocate, About, Inc. Division of Primedia, Inc.
at its eighteenth annual fund raising benefit on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at the
Waldorf=Astoria in New York City.
The Patient Partners award is in recognition of Teri's educational efforts and
tireless advocacy on behalf of sufferers of headache and migraine.
Teri is a freelance writer and web designer with a passion for patient rights,
education and responsibility. Her impressive body of work includes countless
articles published on the popular web site "About Headaches and Migraine" at
http://headaches.about.com.
"I am honored and humbled to be chosen for this award," said Teri. "There are so
many people in pain and to be honored by the NHF means that one person can make
a difference and the work I am doing is reaching the people that need it."
The National Headache Foundation is proud to honor Teri Robert, whose
accomplishments have contributed greatly to the education of sufferers of
