| This site will serve as a broad
spectrum of support and solid medical information for those suffering from
head pain disorders, as well as their family members and entire
support system. The main focus of this site is education and support of those
suffering from Migraine Disease, Cluster Headaches, Tension-Type
headaches, and other head pain disorders, with a major goal being the
creation of a thriving community of head pain sufferers, and their
concerned family members and friends. It will also serve as a reference
source for those looking to find information for themselves and others who
are effected by head pain disorders. Topics that are to be
covered include: treatment, medications, clinical trials/research, gender
differences, treatment centers, tension headache, headache with aura,
headache triggers, sinus headache, and vascular headache. A secondary goal of this site is to promote education about and recognition of Migraine as a verified neurological disease. When possible, the Guide will provide patient advocacy support and services and will interface with other organizations to extend the efficacy of this site.
